What is the return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item, provided it’s unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact. For Bali-based customers, we also offer easy exchange by same day courier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. INNA ships worldwide. Orders in Bali include free local next day delivery, and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
When will I get my order?
- Bali deliveries: 1–2 working days or same day available.
- Indonesia-wide shipping: 3–7 working days depending on the courier.
- International orders: 2-3 days for express and 7–14 working days depending on your location and customs.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can follow its journey.
How do i know my size?
